Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use urbanmode.com only with involvement  of a parent or guardian. Urbanmode.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Returns/Exchanges

Merchandise purchased from Urbanmode.com may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 416 591 8834 or faxing us a t 416 593 4205. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-stock items, special orders and perishable items are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid from one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of delivery...Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery...Claims received after 14 days of delivery will and cannot be processed.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. If we are out of stock of an item, you will be notified immediately.

Due to the wide selection of size and weight of our products, shipping and handling charges will be quoted at the time of placing your order. Smaller items are shipped via Canada Post or Canpar. Larger items are shipped by common carrier. You will be contacted by phone or email to confirm delivery methods and costs.

Urban Mode ships only to Canada and the United States.

Urban Mode does not ship to P.O. boxes.

If you have not received your Urban Mode order within 2 weeks, please call, fax or email us. Be sure to have your invoice/purchase order number ready.

Sales Tax

Urbanmode.com is a Canadian company, therefore all orders will have both GST and PST added.

Order Cancellation

If you are cancelling within 24 hours and your order has not already been shipped, you may be subject to a restocking fee. We do not accept cancelled orders, if your order has already shipped.

User Warranties

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order with Urbanmode.com. You are also responsible for providing accurate, true and complete information and have the authority to place the order.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that your use of this site is at your sole discretion and that Urbanmode.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Urbanmode.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site.

Termination

We Reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site at any time, if we believe you have violated any of our terms and conditions, including providing us with false information.
