Zinc Details
Showcasing modern classics in furniture and home accessories, Zinc Details is a great design store on Fillmore Street. Launched 20 years ago, it still is one of the best design stores and a favourite for us to shop in.

Birch
We discovered Birch the last time we were in San Francisco and fell in love with this store. A beautiful floral shop that is visually breathtaking. From chocolates to music to flowers, we have no doubt you will have a hard time choosing what to buy. Enjoy!

Smitten Ice Cream
Yes, we had to include Smitten in our Where to Shop Blog because who can't shop while eating ice cream? Ice cream made to order using liquid nitrogen, need we say more? Their first store, located on Octavia Street, is a shipping container. It is a really cool experience to watch them make your ice cream. Also, their menu changes everyday, so it makes it easy to have an excuse to come back. The Salted Caramel gets 2 thumbs up!

Flora Grubb
As the picture says, yes that is her real name and she loves gardens. To call it a garden store really doesn't do Flora Grubb justice. They have a very extensive range of plants, gardening tools, planters, home accessories and even magazines. The outdoor space is a beautiful oasis and a great place to wander around or sit and relax. They have even integrated a coffee shop as well. We recommend you set aside some time to take in Flora Grubb.

Christopher Elbow Artisinal Chocolate
Delicious chocolate in a sleek, modern space. The store caught our eye from across the street. From bars, to truffles to their drinking chocolate, there is definitely a flavour for everyone. We took our time browsing through and brought home lots of treats to share. We can't wait to go back and see what is new.
